Not all products are available in all states. Any funding agreement is between you and the lender, on the lender’s terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and requesting funding for a legitimate business purpose. Funding products offered through our process are for business use only, not personal, family or household purposes.
4. Information you provide
You agree that the information you submit is true, accurate and complete, and that you are authorized to provide it for yourself and your business. Providing false or misleading information may disqualify you from funding options and may violate the law.
5. Communications and SMS terms
By checking the consent box on our form, you agree to be contacted by LeadFund Pro at the phone number and email you provide, including by call, email and text message, which may use automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or funding.

6. Credit authorization
Checking your options uses a soft credit inquiry, which does not affect your credit score, and will only be performed with your authorization. Moving forward with a specific funding product may require a full application and a hard credit inquiry by the lender. You will be informed and asked for your authorization before any hard inquiry.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
